As a Spooky2 & Aha trainer, Hajj Amal firmly believes that the best time to teach is while still very much involved in learning. Indeed, he recently completed a “long overdue” course in herbal medicine, despite being first involved in the production and distribution of a range of herbal tonics over 20 years ago. His frequency journey is also motivated by his regularly organizing and promoting health & well-being events for men and women, and wanting to give people access to the most useful tools and practices for looking after their health.
