Thank you so much for your hard work and dedication in helping our clients through your training services. Your efforts are key to maintaining Spooky2’s high standards and reputation. As we grow, it’s important that we all work together to uphold the professionalism and trust that our brand is known for.

To ensure consistency and maintain our clients’trust, we’ve put together some guidelines for all trainers to follow. These rules are here to protect both our clients and the Spooky2 brand. Please take a moment to review them:

No Promoting Non-Official Products or Services:

Please do not promote any products, services, or personal websites that are not officially approved by Spooky2 during training sessions, public events, customer groups, or on any Spooky2-related platforms. Your focus should always be on Spooky2’s official products and services.

No Negative Comments About Spooky2 Products:

Always speak positively about Spooky2 products and services. If you have any concerns or suggestions, we encourage you to share them directly with the Spooky2 Team. We’re here to work together to provide the best support for our clients.

Stay Professional:

Always maintain a professional attitude during training sessions. Avoid using inappropriate language or any behavior that could be seen as disrespectful to clients.

Be Honest and Accurate:

Do not offer unverified therapies or make exaggerated claims about the results of treatments or training. It’s important to provide honest, evidence-based information to our clients.

Feedback and Reporting:

After each online training session, clients can share their feedback and rate the trainer through an online form or email. We’ll review this feedback regularly and address any issues as needed.

We’ll also set up an anonymous reporting system so clients or employees can report any inappropriate behavior. All reports will be taken seriously and handled promptly.

Consequences for Violations:

If any trainer violates these guidelines, there will be consequences depending on the situation. This could include warnings, reduced commissions, temporary suspension, or even termination of the partnership.
