Q1: I am running a Remote sweep. GenXM is on, and registres, but the booster has no light. The remote has no light. I’m concerned about the booster, which does not appear to be activated.

A: Remote light can be on or dim as a result of amplitude, waveform and frequencies included. Did you run a signal test? You can find this preset in Miscellaneous preset collection under the programs tab. If it can flash on both sides using remote, it means they are working, if not, you can contact our service via Livechat at the Spooky2-mall site or email our service: service@spooky2-mall.com.

Q2: Does antivirus software interfere with the generator when it’s updating?

A: Normally, it would not be a problem.

Q3: On the control page, the generator button is green but the text is red; the generator is still on.  What kind of error is this?

A: It is the generator error issue. Pls try to rescan the device and if it doesn’t help, pls power everything off and on again.

Q4: What is the significance of the VG 0 per cent in the bottom right of the Generators box?

A:The VG generator is a virtual generator.

It is useful for loading presets to see how they would run (testing), for doing biofeedback analysis if the other generators are busy, etc.

It behaves just like a real generator, only it doesn’t actually do any real work.

Q5: Why when you shut down completely with an error and you restart sometimes there is a screen full of virtual generators when I only have a GenX (2 generators)?

A: Those are the virtual generators. It is time you need to let the computer recognize the generators you are using by going to “Utilis” and choosing “Rescan devices”

Q6: Can I set three programs to run one right after the other contact mode?

A: Yes, you can do that. Meanwhile, we suggest 2 sessions tops for contact mode per day.

Q7: I have 20 XM generators I was running 9 XM generators and one Gen X Pro on a desktop running on a Spooky 10-port hub. When I added another 10-port hub the Computer did not work. Not very hardware competent. So now I have another 10 on a laptop. Can you suggest how I can run 20 generators on one computer?

A: Mostly, it is because the internal hardware on the usd hub limits the quantity of setups. Here are some things we can improve:
1-Try daisey chain your hubs.  
2-Plug the usb hub into the second port of the computer.   
3-Try a new usb hub approach.

Q8: Do we leave all errors in the errors section or do we delete them?

A: It is up to you, you can delete it or keep it and it would not be saved after you restart the software.

Q9: Is the mode “Killing (Dual)” more effective than standard “Killing” mode and can you explain the difference?

A: No, it is not. Killing(Dual) means doing two frequencies in once, which makes it half of time.

Q10: How do I get into test mode and how do I get out of test mode?

A: There are two reasons the software says Test Mode. One is when the software fails to detect generators and the other is when attempting to start a Pulse based scan without the Pulse device connected.

Below are some solutions to help you get out of the test mode:

First, if the software didn’t detect your generators, then the software said “No generators were detected” when you open it, then that’s the case. Just make sure you connect everything right and click Utils-Rescan Devices.

Or it is because you didn’t download the drivers. Then click Utils and download the drivers by following the steps.

Your generators need to be on before you open the Spooky2 program. Otherwise, the system will assume you are in test mode.
