Q1: I have a Genx Pro and every time I have saved a program but have never been able to retrieve it, like do I go to the presets tab and do something or straight to the control tab???

A: After you have downloaded the program, GexPro can work standalone.

You need to disconnect the computer with the generator, and choose the corresponding port, G1/G2, and then you can check the loaded programs there.

Q2: Would the twin cold laser help tinnitus? -ringing in the ears.

A: Yes, it would help.

Q3: Can the cold laser wrist strap be used on the back of the neck to alleviate neck pain? Is it safe to do so? Please advise.

A: For neck pain, either twin/wrist is OK, but if you do want to choose one, then twin. You can put one at each side. By the way, you can use tape or hold it there to secure the item to the area.

Q4: Can you use cold laser nd pemf on output 1 and 2 at the same time for dental?

A: If you are using the blue XM generator, then you use either cold laser or PEMF, they could not be used at the same time;

But when you are using a GexPro generator, you can put the boost connected to the PEMF on the high power port; and directly connect the cold laser to the available Out1 of the other port.

Q5: Have you used a cold laser for imprinting water?

A: Yes, we can do that.

Place water in a glass container on top of the PEMF coil and run healing programs with a total frequency count of less than around 8. High frequencies should restructure the water in one or two hours and very low frequencies like Schumman Resonance may take a day or two.

Q6: Can you move it around or must it stay still in one spot? PEMF?

A: It is your choice. If the spot you are working on is focused, you don’t need to move it.

If the area you are working on is much larger, then moving it over time would be appropriate. However, you don’t need to move it as if you are massaging the area.

Depending on how many frequencies you are using (I just use 1 typically), you may wish to move it every 15m or after one loop of your frequency list has been applied.

Q7: What is the reason for not using them with cancer?

Spooky will delete over the current version. It asks if you want to save the previous version, I always say no because it takes longer. With either option, all your personal customization, presets, and programs are preserved.

A: PEMF prohibits its use under the following circumstances:

During Pregnancy

Non-MRI-Safe IUD

People or Animals with Organ Transplants

People or Animals with Pacemakers, Hearing Aids, Medical Pumps, or other Electrical Implants/Devices

NOTE: Non-magnetic metal rods, screws, and plates are safe for PEMF use. If an implant is safe for an MRI, it is safe to use PEMF coil.
