Q: How long can you use your fingernail sample in the remote? Can you use the toenail sample in the remote?
Answer: We suggest you can use the fingernail sample in the remote for one month and change to a new one.
Also, you can use a toenail if you wish. We recommend fingernails because they’re not as thick, so they’re more flexible. You may have to cut the toenail into segments and just use one segment in the Remote. This is fine.

Q: How long to run BFB results?
Answer: Depending on your Spooky2 rig, scanning every seven or four days is highly recommended.
Spooky Central users should use the results program in a killing preset and run it once a day for four days, then scan it again. Contact Mode users should run it once daily for seven days, then scan it again.
Remote Mode should be run non-stop for a week, then scan again. Repeated scans are necessary.

Answer: Reverse Lookup is perhaps the most widely misunderstood aspect of Spooky2’s biofeedback feature.

Q: Why are there so many shells?
Answer: Presets = settings + programs
Programs = only frequencies, no setting.
Empty shell setting presets = Only settings.
First, choose an empty shell setting for the device you will use, then add programs.If you do not choose settings, it will attach what was last loaded or the last program you pulled up in the control tab.
If it’s remote-heal type settings and you are now doing contact, you will not have enough amplitude to penetrate the skin layer.
If you always use the same setting, it is fine. But it’s better to practice starting in the Preset tab/Empty shell of your choice then go to programs.For other named presets, you can click them and they included programs, so you can go to the control tab and click “start” to run the programs directly.

Q: What does that no generators message mean?
Answer: 1. Check all the connections of your devices. Make sure they are all tightly connected.
2. Rescan your generators under Utils.
3. Restart your computer and generators. Turn on your generators before opening Spooky2 software.
4. Ensure your computer is in the right setting, i.e., no Wi-Fi, firewall is turned off. For more setting requirements, please read the following blog:

5. Go to Utils, install GenX drivers, and then rescan devices.
6. Try new USB cords.
7. Swap the USB cables between the generators and observe if the problem follows a particular generator or USB cable. Then, swap both generators and cables to verify that the problem is on the generator or the USB port (software issue).
8. If it is a software issue, reinstall drivers on your PC. Go to Utils and select “Remove Unused Generators from Registry”.
