Q1: Can XM generator do BFB?

Q2: I have one generator running, can I connect a second one and start a new treatment for my daughter for example?

A: No. You can not add one generator while all other generators are running. In order to add one more generator, you have to turn off all other generators, and also turn off Spooky2. After connecting the new generator, restart everything in the right order.

Q3: Does Spooky2 have Program or frequencies for pets like dogs?

A: 1. Any preset or program can be ran on pets which is ran on humans. “My pets do better @ 5v than 20v. 10v for killing is ok for short while.

2. I’ve noticed that if I select a preset that has an amplitude of 20V… my dog shows agitation. She weighs around 70 lbs. In the settings I lower it to 5V or 10V. If I select 5V I can run the programs 24 hours. If I select 10V I watch her and generally do 12 hours. On one of her biofeedback reverse look ups… Softtalk Essential Oils popped up. It’s for calming. I have run that for her when I know she needs calming and it works.”

Q4: For treating teeth with laser, do you put the “nose” (adapters) inside the mouth or through the skin on the outside?  I’m assuming the laser is safe for the head as opposed to other delivery methods which we were warned against.

A: You can put it into your mouth, it comes with rubber protectors to protect the lasers.

Q5: Can the Terrain Detox programs be run concurrently together with both killing and healing programs?

A: Most people run a few or more times per year and it is recommended to run Terrain alone only. This way, the other frequencies will not affect the work of Terrain. Once you are done (after 11 days), you are free to run multiple programs.

After the first time, you can do what you want. It is recommended to run alone the first time to ensure that you do not have excessive Herx and overload the detoxification pathways.

Q8: Does the GX need to be cleared or reset after each use?

Q9: What can I do when software does not detect the generator?

A: Go to Utils, install Gen X drivers (sometimes I have to do this twice) then rescan devices. And if it still won’t work, use a new USB cord.

Q10: What does the VG 0% mean in the generator box?

A: The VG generator is a virtual generator. 

It is useful for loading presets to see how they would run (testing), for doing biofeedback analysis if the other generators are busy, etc.

It behaves just like a real generator, only it doesn’t actually do any real work.

Q11: When I switch from remote mode to contact, do I need to turn off the generator?

A: No. First, you can stop the frequencies running in the software. Second, please change the hardware connection. Finally, you need to choose the new preset and run it.

Q12: How to troubleshoot if the software says no generators found?

A: 1. Problem solved by the following procedure: plugin the generator(s) into the USB port, right click start button and select computer management. Select device manager then PORTS (COM & LPT) right click on the Silicon labs drivers and uninstall the software plus delete the driver. Do this for every port then remove the USB cables from the ports and turn off the generator (s). Restart computer. After restart turn on the generator and put USB cables in the ports, repeat the uninstall procedure as before untill no drivers are able to load. Now you can install the drivers using the initial start of the spooky software.

2. Try disconnecting the USB on the laptop end, reconnect then go to top bar. Click rescan devices under Utils Gens should then be recognised.
