Q&A of Dr. Siddheshwar Chopra Spooky2 FAQs Training Course

Q1: I have issues with sleeping i stay wake till 3:00AM every day and I only sleep 4-5 hours.

A: You cannot force sleep. You must shift from SNS (fight-or-flight) to PNS (rest-and-digest). Using Spooky2 can help you make that shift at the root level by using frequencies, peptides, and biofeedback to calm the brain.

Also, some other suggestions:
Avoid screen time after 8 PM (blue light inhibits melatonin). Maintain a consistent wake-up time (even if you go to bed late, wake up at the same time to rebuild your circadian rhythm). Get some sunlight in the morning (helps reset your biological clock). Avoid stimulating activities one hour before bedtime. Hope they help!

Q2: Can you put the peptide program into a hologram?

A: As per our test results, peptide programs can be imprinted. However, users have reported that imprinted peptides are not as strong as common database programs.

Q3: What is the difference between using a Peptide Preset vs using the Molecular Weight Preset?

A: Here are some differences between them for several aspects:

Core unit

MW Preset-Whole molecule’s mass (g/mol)

Peptide Preset (JW)-Amino-acid residue masses woven into a peptide “sequence”

Typical use

MW Preset-Emulate a supplement / remove a toxin

Peptide Preset (JW)-Support a physiological pathway (sleep, vagal tone, repair)

Shells

MW Preset-MW Emulate / MW Remove

Peptide Preset (JW)-Healing / Scalar / Remote JW peptide shells

Q4: What’s the best in BFB scanning? Gen X , Scalar or using Central. I have all…

A: Spooky2 offers four primary biofeedback scanning methods: pulse scan, GeneratorX contact mode scan (TENS scan), Sample Digitizer scan, and Scalar Digitizer scan. Each one has its own advantages, and you can see which one works best for you.

For Measures subtle changes in skin/electrical conductivity via TENS pads on the body. You can use Gen X Pro Tens Scan. Especially fast local check, limbs/joints, gut, ect.

To scan urine/saliva/blood in the digitizer instead of the body. You can use Gen X Pro Sample Digitizer Scan to find hidden pathogens.
For targeting head/neck/spine, nervous system, ME/CFS sensitivity, deep regulatory work, Scalar Digitizer is better.

Q5: What are your thoughts on running more than one peptide at a time?

A: In our webinar on January 20th, we advised against running multiple Peptide Programs simultaneously. This was a prudent, precautionary recommendation made during the initial launch phase of the program, as we prioritized stability and user experience. Since then, through continued internal testing and valuable feedback from our user community, we have conducted extensive real-world validation. The results confidently indicate that running the Peptide Program across multiple generators at the same time is not only feasible but also operates without interference or negative interaction between devices.

Q6: Having M.E.(aka Chronic Fatigue Syndrome) which includes brain inflammation due to a virus that damages mitochondrial ability to produce energy, I find sleep is very difficult. Can holographic stickers be used to help sleep?

A: Yes, holographic stickers can help improve sleep. However, to effectively address the root cause, we recommend starting with biofeedback. Additionally, consider using modalities that target inflammation in the brain, along with detoxifying your lymphatic system.

Q7: I can not fall into sleep easily, any programs or presets recommended?

A: While everyone’s path to better sleep is different, several time-tested programs are well worth exploring. You can easily find a wide selection of options in the main database by searching keywords like “sleep” or “insomnia” under the Programs tab. For best results, run these with a Healing shell preset, starting 30–60 minutes before you head to bed. Some of the key programs include:

Sleep to Induce (XTRA): 1, 3, 3-1

Insomnia 1 (XTRA): 3, 3.58, 3. 6, 3. 89, 7. 83, 10, 230, 304, 800, 802, 880, 1500, 1550, 6000

Insomnia 3 (XTRA): 304, 306.5, 6000

Pineal Gland Balance (XTRA): 20, 537, 662

From a brainwave perspective, you can also try delta wave programs such as Delta Rhythm-for sleeping (RUSS) to support deep relaxation and restful states.

Presets

Most of us tend to search in the JW Peptides collection first. Great starting points include Insomnia or Chronic Sleeplessness (Unable to Sleep), which work best when run in Remote or Scalar mode.

There are also other presets that help address sleep issues from different perspectives. For example, many users have reported positive shifts using the DH Experiemental Frequencies and  Sleep Induction (R) – DB, Sleep and Insomnia (R) – DB, or Daily Wellness (R) – BY.

Q8: For sleep scan, where do you place the tens pad? Thanks

A: For the TENS position, if you are targeting gut inflammation, place the pads on your stomach. If your goal is to influence brainwaves, position them near your shoulder.

Here are the best locations for applying your TENS pads:

Place the pads across your painful region. You should try to keep at least 5cm between electrodes.

For spinal pain, place the pads on either side of your spine.

For leg pain, place the pads on either side of your lower back.

For arm pain, place the pads on the hand of the painful arm.

Q9: Can blue light substitute for sunlight if you work night shifts?

A: Blue light is a useful alertness tool for night shifts, but it’s a narrow band and it won’t maintain healthy circadian entrainment or support mitochondrial energy the way real sunlight does.

Q10: I generally fall asleep right away but am unable to stay asleep. I wake after a couple hours and then am awake for 2-3 hours. I get up, no blue light, no technology. I go back to bed and try and read, I’ve listened to meditations. What programs would you suggest?

A: You might consider focusing on supporting your organs, as some of them may be under stress. Additionally, starting a detox program could help improve your sleep patterns. Incorporating emotional release techniques and some peptide presets should also assist you to some extent.
