A: After you have chosen the program, you will see the estimated run time on the Notes.

Besides, it is also suggested not to have the length of one run-through of a program to be longer than 4 hours. When using a Remote it is recommended to run this treatment 24/7 until resolved.

We recommend taking things slowly. The program running time depends on the dwell and number of frequency sets you choose. Everyone has different conditions. Listen to your body. If you feel tired and/or unwell, take a break and reduce your treatment times.

Q2: If you run a preset remotely such as the COVID-19 and you have fingernails of the client, what do you do with the fingernails?

A: You can put them into the remote. So, when you get the fingernails, put them in between the little paper stickers, and then write down the person’s name and the date, months or years will be fine, and then run the program until the work is done.

Q4: What is “overwrite generator” do? Why needs clicking it?

A: The “generator overwrites” tickbox is a just a choice that the software puts up to the user (you).

If you tick this box and the click on a channel, then the s/w will copy the currently shown settings in preset, program and generator setting tabs into a specific area of the computer’s memory related to that channel.

If you do not tick the box, then it will leave the memory as it was. (and… the preset, program and generator settings tabs will revert to what was stored previously for that channel)

Once you press start in the channel box; Spooky will use what is in memory and transfer the settings, waveforms etc. to the related XM generator.

So, ticking the “generator overwrite” box and then selecting the channel could be translated to mean- “do you want to use the new settings with this generator”.

Q5: If I only have one generator is it automatically generator 1?

A: The system automatically generates the port number, it is random, and it may not be 1.

But in case you want to change it, you can get to Device Manager in Control Panel or if Windows 8 or Windows 10 just push Windows Logo Button and X at the same time and select Device Manager and right click on Com Port then select Properties/Port Settings/Advanced then you can actually change the Port #.

A: For software, generally, it will be updated every couple of months; however, it is not fixed. If there is any system update, we will inform all users in advance and you can download it on the website, ths!

Q7: Does the Biofeedback scan follow the “smallest first” rifing rule… and target the smallest 10 hits first… or the biggest, most problematic hits first?

A：1. It is my understanding that when doing a scan, the results show what is important to kill first, rather than it being the smallest.

The smallest to largest is used to build the Morgellons and Lyme Protocol and is the best way when multiple pathogens are rampant.

2.There is a way for you to take your GX General Biofeedback Scan results and find the smallest to largest. You have to use the Graded Morgellons and Lyme Utility to take your latest GX scan, and grade the frequencies against one of the 9 steps of the M&L protocol. You need to download the utility, install it, and do the following:

1. Choose your latest raw scan data file.
2. Choose the step of the M&L protocol (start at 1, then progress).
3. Choose the Detect type (Angle or Current).

A: No, the software is not updated automatically, you will need to download it from the website.

Q9: Can biofeedback be run in remote?

A: Yes, it can. It can not be done in remote but it can be run in remote. You can do biofeedback with the Scalar. You can do biofeedback with contact pads with Gex Pro. You can do it with Spooky2 pulse and you can do it with sample digitizer, and then you can choose to run those results however you like. So you can run them as a remote preset.

Q10: If I have a “74 day” preset on my GenX, can I run another preset later on the other out put?  Can I do this without shutting down the database?

A: Yes. If you got the GexPro, it means you can run two programs on each port. So when you are doing the killing program on one port, it is advised to do the detox program on the other port.
