Answer: Most folks run it several times a year or more and advise to only run Terrain alone. That way, no other frequencies will impact the work Terrain is doing. Once that’s done (after 11 days), you are free to then run multiple programs.
After the first time, you can do what you want. The recommendation to run it alone the first time is to make sure you don’t Herx excessively and overload the detox pathways.
