Description
As an experienced community activist and leader, Amal Douglas has a current focus on education, financial justice & fair trade, and health & well-being, all based on a strong connection to the Creator. As a Spooky2 trainer, Hajj Amal firmly believes that the best time to teach is while still very much involved in learning. Indeed he recently completed a “long overdue” course in herbal medicine, despite being first involved in the production and distribution of a range of herbal tonics over 20 years ago. His Spooky2 journey is also motivated by his regularly organizing and promoting health & well-being events for men and women and wanting to give people access to the most useful tools and practices for looking after their health.
