Answer: You can run the scan results 24/7 via Remote for 4-7 days. At the same time, you can run Detox Maintenance on Remote continuously. Illnesses can be categorized into 3 major categories: Acute, Chronic and Serious. In deciding the duration of your treatments, you must decide which of the 3 condition types you have. Q: What are the Differences Between the Spooky2 Cold Laser Twin and the Spooky2 Cold Laser Wrist?
Answer: They are 2 different Cold Laser devices that help to accelerate the body’s natural healing process.
(1). Spooky Cold Laser Twin can be inserted directly into your nostrils, ear, navel, or acupuncture points (meridians). Placing the lasers further from the target can treat larger areas.
(2). Spooky Cold Laser Wrist is primarily designed to be strapped onto the underside of your wrist. This treats your carpel tunnel and the blood passing through the radial artery. The larger application area also makes this accessory ideal to treat the blood passing through the carotid artery on your neck or larger skin areas if long treatment times are desired. Spooky Cold Laser Wrist uses 5 x 5mW 650nm lasers.

Q: How can you distinguish the Generator number in the control tab?
Answer: For the XM generator, there are two ways to identify generators in the Spooky2 software. We have a blog that explains it: https://www.spooky2-mall.com/blog/how-to-identify-generators/.
The first way is simply by selecting Identify Generators in the Utils Menu. All generators will display the generator number on their screens.
The second way is to tick Display Port Number in the system tab. When Spooky is restarted, the generator number will be displayed on the generator screen whenever it is stopped.
For GeneratorX, You can look at the display of the Generator. It will indicate which port is G1 and which port is G2.
Q: Where to place tens pads in contact mode? Are there any cautions?
Answer: Tens placement is a user decision. The recommended location of the left ankle / right wrist is a general starting point to target the entire body. Makes sense as the electricity has to flow from one end to the other, thus providing coverage across as much of the body as possible.

Q: How can I set a program to run for longer periods of time rather than the default time?
Answer: You can type 0 next to ‘repeat sequences’ or ‘repeat chain’ in the program tab to loop a program forever.
Here is a note of caution for you:We recommend 3 frequencies minimum to cycle long term. One or two frequencies may cause “frequency fatigue”.
Q: Is there any way to restart/resume the program in the middle if it gets interrupted?
Answer: It is easy to resume a program. There are two ways to solve this problem.
1. Next to the start button is a slim gray button. It will resume at the last step that was done.
2. Alternatively, you see what STEP you are up to (edit box under Dwell) and take a note of that; and navigate back to that step yourself.

Q: How to load programs into GeneratorX?
Answer: GeneratorX can be run in standalone mode, which means you can run desired programs without connecting to a computer. We have a blog with instructions:

Q. How to run Scan results?
Answer: After you finish the biofeedback scan, a window with your scan results pops up. Click the Save button and save your scan result as a program.
There are 3 steps that help you understand how to run scan results:
1. Under the Presets tab, choose Shell (Empty) Presets.
Choose the transmission mode (contact, remote, plasma) and Killing Preset. In this example, I will run my result in Remote mode.
When choosing the Killing preset, read the notes on the right to choose the preset which suits you the most.
For plasma mode, you could use Spooky Plasma Advanced (P) – JW.
2. Go to the Programs tab, search the name of your scan results, and double click to choose it. You will see the scan’s name in the Loaded Program Pane.
3. Go to the Control tab, tick “Overwrite Generator”, click on your generator button. Press Start. The channel button will turn green.

Q: Finish biofeedback scan, should we use healing or killing programs?
Answer: GenX BFB results are for pathogens, parasites, bacteria, etc…. so they should be run in kill mode. The XM will pick up the lower frequencies easier and those can be run in heal or kill. Each of these settings is not far from each other so you can use dual, kill or heal.
Q: What is the Herxheimer reaction?
Answer: A Rife machine will have no side effects, but may create a healing crisis, otherwise known as a Herxheimer reaction, a detoxification response. Excessively large amounts of microbial or cancer cell waste and toxins hinder the body’s ability to adequately eliminate it through the usual channels (breakdown by the liver, through the colon or urinary tract).
So instead, the toxic material is discharged through the lungs, sinuses, and skin. Symptoms can include a flu-like condition, heavy perspiration and night sweats, fever, with or without chills, headaches, malaise, diarrhea, nausea and vomiting, pain in joints and bones, and itching, flushing, and reddening of the skin.
The above can apply to even a detox protocol where toxins are not being produced by die-off, but are being released back into the bloodstream from where they were hiding (joints, muscle tissue, etc.).
If this happens your likely target is eliciting a response. This could be an indication that there is a lot of work to be done by these frequencies and may have done too much too fast.
Suggest you take a break until your body is able to flush out what toxins it is processing.

Q1: Terrain protocol will run 11 days, did you put 11 days manually?
A: If you run the terrain protocol in Remote mode, it loops itself once 11 days until you manually stop it.
If terrain protocol is run in contact or plasma mode, it will run 2-3 hours a day, and you need to manually restart the subsequent presets the next day.
Q2: After choosing terrain preset, why does it only show 1 h on the control tab?
A: The terrain preset is a preset chain that includes 15 single presets. It will only show the single duration of the first preset on the control tab, however, it will loop 24 hours and go to the next preset automatically.
Q2: How can I resume my Terrain Protocol if my laptop accidentally shuts down?
