Nigel brings a practical, hands on approach to health and recovery, integrating bodywork with frequency based therapy. Since 2021, he has developed a clear, working understanding of the Spooky2 system and how it can complement physical treatment.

Qualified to VTCT Level 4 in Sports Massage and currently studying towards VTCT Level 5, Nigel uses both hands on techniques and frequency based approaches to support clients in a grounded and structured way, while also providing training and consultancy to help others apply Spooky2 with confidence.

His approach is centred on observation, simplicity and consistency, helping people better understand how the body responds when supported in the right way.
