Q1: Where can I get more DNA stickers for my remote when I need them?<\/span><\/strong><\/h4>

A: If the provided paper stickers run out, you can use A4 paper or medical tape to place the DNA sample.<\/span><\/p>

Q2: Can i put the fingernails of myself and my family and dogs all together on a tape in the clamshell?<\/span><\/strong><\/h4>

A: The fingernails can be put in one remote together as long as you’re going to run the same programs for them, but we recommend keeping them separate with different paper stickers. Please be kindly noted that it’s not suggested putting human’s and animals’ DNA sample in one remote. And it’s better not to put your DNA sample with people who have serious illness in the same remote.<\/span><\/p>

Q3: How many nail samples can one put effectively into the remote?<\/span><\/strong><\/h4>

A: You need to ensure each piece of nail is isolated within tape or label so that the DNA doesn’t touch. Also, this enables you to easily remove someone’s nail should they experience a Herx. Make sure you label each so you know which sample belongs to which person. As long as they fit, it will work. Some have stated that they have put in 50 at once.<\/span><\/p>

If you’re using one of the newer “clamshell” remotes, make sure it closes completely. Thus, if putting in multiple nail samples, they would need to be tiny. Just a sliver is enough.<\/span><\/p>

Q4: I have 11 XM generators but every couple weeks, one or two will error out. I have to restart my computer to get it running again.<\/span><\/strong><\/h4>

A: In order to prevent the generator error ‘failed handshake’ here is some information shared by our users that may help you, pls check:<\/span><\/p>

Add one generator at a time to this USB hub and see till how many generators this hub is working just fine. There is a clear issue of the current decrease here and hence the laptop is not receiving handshaking. So find the optimum number of generators using USB strip. Then attach another USB strip and follow the same procedure by adding the leftover generators. This should resolve the issue.<\/span><\/p>

Q5: Is it ok if fingernail or toenail DNA has polish on them?<\/span><\/strong><\/h4>

A: It is the DNA in the nail that decides where the energy goes. A nail with nail polish should do fine.<\/span><\/p>

Q6: If I want a preset that contains more than one chain to repeat, what should I use to ensure that it? Does repeat frequency? program? sequence? chain?<\/span><\/strong><\/h4>

A: Repeat Each Frequency: if your program contains the frequencies 123, 456, 789, entering a value of 2 will transmit 123, 123, 456, 456, 789, 789.<\/span><\/p>

Repeat Each Program(Repeat Each Set in July software): if you have one program containing 123, 456, 789, and another with 321, 654, 987, entering a value of 2 will transmit 123, 456, 789,<\/span>123, 456, 789, 321, 654, 987, 321, 654, 987.<\/span><\/p>

Repeat Sequence(Repeat Each Program in July software): using the last example, a value of 2 would result in 123, 456, 789, 321, 654, 987, 123, 456, 789, 321, 654, 987.<\/span><\/p>

Q7: Can you stack multiple fingernails stickers on top of each other inside the remote?<\/span><\/strong><\/h4>

A: Yes you can. Make sure the DNA samples are separated with paper labels and they are doing the same preset.<\/span><\/p>

Q8: What can you tell us about changing the Age Factor? Say to change from 1 to 5 or 10?<\/span><\/strong><\/h4>

A:Age Factor is just for debugging your presets, to see if they behave the way you want for long-running presets.<\/span><\/p>

It is not implemented to be used during a session, as it simply produces the shortening of the duration of the session, and that is not desirable at all. When you treat yourself, Age Factor should be 1.<\/span><\/p>

Q9: What is the difference between a remote and a digitizer?<\/span><\/strong><\/h4>

A: The differences between these two products in scan and treatment functions:<\/span><\/p>

Scan Function<\/span><\/p>

Spooky2 Sample Digitizer can be used for direct GX\/GX Pro scanning of biological samples (urine, saliva, blood, etc.). You are not required to be connected by wires. The result of a sample scan is accurate, due to the high ratio of pathogens within the sample. Spooky2 Sample Digitizer is better suited than TENS scans for finding pathogens in your body.<\/span><\/p>

Treatment Function<\/span><\/p>

Treatments using Spooky2 Sample Digitizer is an experimental function. After a GX\/GX Pro sample scan has completed, Spooky2 Digitizer can automatically send the resultant frequencies to your body. This is possible because of DNA entanglement. The tissue sample in Spooky2 Digitizer is linked to your body. However, treatments using Spooky2 Sample Digitizer are not very efficient. For this reason, we recommend using a proper Spooky2 Remote, plasma, or contact modes to run your scan results.<\/span><\/p>

Q10: When you say 11 days, the program length is 1:05 so is it then 1 hr and 5 min every day for 11 days?<\/span><\/strong><\/h4>

A: No, the time length is just for the current preset duration. We have 15 presets for the whole terrain protocol. Besides, terrain protocol detox is 11 days 24-7 on Remote. Via Contact, it is a few hours per day but you are hooked up to TENS pads. That is to say you need to manually choose the next preset by contact mode.<\/span><\/p>
