A: Generally speaking, when deciding which types of frequency to run in the Spooky2 generator, you must understand what caused or triggered your health problem beforehand. First, look at the name of the program\/preset and the description attached to it. If the program\/preset has the word \u201cdisease\u201d attached to it, it\u2019s highly likely to be caused by a pathogen. With a pathogen-related program\/preset, it is usually a good idea to run the frequencies in Killing Mode. Bacterial, viral, or other biological factors may also indicate the frequencies are more effective in Killing Mode.<\/span><\/p>

There\u2019s a fundamental difference between killing and healing. In simplified terms, killing frequencies break a pathogen or parasite apart. Healing frequencies entrain rather than break.<\/span><\/p>

Q7: Can you run the herx helper program at same time as Terrain?<\/strong><\/span><\/h4>

A: No, most folks run it several times a year or more and advise to only run Terrain alone. That way, no other frequencies will impact the work Terrain is doing. Once that\u2019s done (after 11 days), you are free to then run multiple programs.<\/span><\/p>

After the first time, you can do what you want. The recommendation to run it alone the first time is to make sure you don’t Herx excessively and overload the detox pathways. Once you’ve run Terrain more than once, you should know how much reaction you have, so know whether it’s okay to run more than it.<\/span><\/p>

Q10: If the repeat chain is set to 0, does that mean that it will NOT repeat indefinitely? How does one use a program without repeating?

<\/span>A: 1. Keep the repeat sequence to 1. It will not repeat. Keep in mind some presets repeat and you have to do a manual stop.<\/span><\/p>

2. When you have chosen your presets go to programs to choose the program you want. Then on that same programs page at the center bottom is a window which says \u2018options\u2019. Third item down is Repeat Sequence. If there is a \u20180\u2019 setting next to it, the program will repeat until you stop it. If you only want it to run once, change the zero to \u20181\u2019. Should you want it to repeat a few more times, put that number in here? Please can explanations be a bit more precise – there are newbie\u2019s out here who feel that they have been given keys to a flying saucer only to be told that the saucer is parked in a shopping mall somewhere out there, use the key and good luck!<\/span><\/p>

3. What preset did you choose? If you select Remote presets, they are set to loop themselves. Remote tends to be 24\/7 and can be used nonstop. You can find settings under programs tab. Preset chain or sequence is set to 0. If you want to run it only once, change them to 1.<\/span><\/p>
