Q1: Silver is a heavy metal. Is it safe to drink?<\/strong><\/span><\/h4>

A: Yes, it is safe, let\u2019s look at the working theory of Colloidal Silver.<\/span><\/p>

The active oxygen made by silver destroys the membranes of bacteria. Silver interferes with the metabolisms of bacteria. And it causes mutation of bacteria by combining with particular parts of proteins in the bacteria.<\/span><\/p>

The presence of colloidal silver near an invader disables its oxygen- metabolism enzyme, its chemical lung, so to say. Within a few minutes, the invader suffocates and dies, and is cleared out of our bodies by the immune, lymphatic, and elimination systems. Unlike pharmaceutical antibiotics, which destroy beneficial enzymes, colloidal silver leaves these tissue-cell enzymes intact, as they are radically different than those enzymes of primitive single-celled life. A: Copper (Cu) is a heavy metal whose unbound ions are toxic. However, Colloidal Copper is not ionic but consists of clusters of atoms called nanoparticles and thus does not have the toxicity of ionic copper. Almost all of the copper in the body is present as a component of copper proteins, thereby reducing the in vivo concentration of unbound copper ions almost to zero. Genetic mechanisms control the processes by which copper is incorporated into apoproteins and those by which toxic accumulations of copper are avoided.<\/span><\/p>

Given this, it would be unwise to try and produce colloidal copper with Spooky2 as you can not eliminate fully the risks from ionic copper.<\/span><\/p>

Too much exposure to ionic copper is a known health risk. It doesn’t take much.<\/span><\/p>

A: Shelf life of about a year or more. Glass, preferably a dark container would be recommended.<\/span><\/p>

A: Store the CS solution in a dark glass container. You can use an amber beer bottle, which is cheap and works great. Plastics and ultraviolet light from the sun may cause the silver ions to lose their positive charge and clump together, losing their ability to heal. Q7: Making colloidal silver for the first time with spooky2 when should I expect it to go yellow and how many hours should I run it for, I have a ppm meter to measure.<\/strong><\/span><\/h4>

A: It would depend on your silver. I do not think you want the electrode in the water. You can not measure colloidal silver with PPM.<\/span><\/p>

To my understanding of Spooky2 colloidal silver, it is not measured by a PPM device because of the nano-particles it produces. When using the silver wire and length Spooky recommends, you can use the calculator in the software utilities to determine how long to run it.<\/span><\/p>

Or easier use a laser light to shine through the water. When it is solid beam, the cs is ready.\u00a0You have a high quality colloidal silver. Do not attach a PPM to it as it is not an accurate measure of any colloidal silver. The only thing the ppm meter is good for is to ensure the distilled water is zero before starting.<\/span><\/p>

A: No, generally, the RPM should be around 1-200 per min.<\/span><\/p>

Q10: How to Find the Strength of Colloidal Silver?<\/strong><\/span><\/h4>

A: It\u2019s hard to find the strength of CS. People often use a TDS meter. However, colloidal silver is silver particles that are suspended in solution \u2013 only silver ions are dissolved. So TDS meters will only measure the ionic silver strength, not the colloidal strength.<\/span><\/p>

TDS meters measure the conductivity of water, and convert ohms to ppm.<\/span><\/p>

The CS that Spooky2 makes has an exceptionally high ratio of CS to ionic silver. The calculator takes the initial TDS reading (only the distilled water \u2013 this should be 1 or less) and compares it with the later\/final TDS reading.<\/span><\/p>

From the difference in readings, Spooky2 ascertains the true amount of silver (in ppm, or parts per million) that is in solution.<\/span><\/p>
