Q1: After doing a body scan my MX files would not show I tried to uninstall the whole thing with the intent to reinstall. Now the unit lghts up but no access to programs. What to do?<\/span><\/strong><\/h4>

A: Pls make sure under the System tab, the Biofeedback Database button has to be clicked on and it should be pointed to the file of the Spooky2 BFB_Frequencies.csv. If that is empty, then try to go to Database on the top left corner of the menu and then select the biofeedback frequency to double click on the sources.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Q2: What about if I just need to update my software? Where do I go?\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/strong><\/h4>

A: You just do exactly like what you do to install. You download the latest version, and then extract it and then you run it. It will update everything and you will not any history information.<\/span><\/p>

Q3: I don’t have my equipment yet, however have downloaded the software while waiting. \u00a0It is showing “Test Mode”. \u00a0Did I do something wrong? \u00a0How do I get in Live Mode?<\/span><\/strong><\/h4>

A: One reason is when the software fails to detect generators. Since you do not have the equipment, then it is in test mode for now. <\/span>
Just make sure you connect everything right and click Utils-Rescan Devices.<\/span><\/p>

If you didn’t download the drivers. Then click Utils and download the drivers by following the step.<\/span><\/p>

Q4: How to kill protozoan what frequency? and how long to rub?<\/span><\/strong><\/h4>

A: Approximate range of known organism’s frequencies are:<\/span><\/p>

Molds and mycotoxins 75 – 215 kHz<\/span><\/p>

Bacteria and most viruses 275 – 450 kHz<\/span><\/p>

Protozoa, roundworm, and flatworm 325 – 480 kHz<\/span><\/p>

Warts 400 – 475 kHz<\/span><\/p>

Tapeworms 425 – 515 kHz<\/span><\/p>

Mites 675 – 880 kHz<\/span><\/p>

The duration of the treatment depends on which program and transmission mode you are using.<\/span><\/p>

Q5: Difference between spooky2 XM vs GenXPro?<\/span><\/strong><\/h4>

A: The first difference is Biofeedback scan function. The Spooky2 XM Generator only can do Pulse biofeedback scan. However the GeneratorX pro can do not only pulse scan, but also can do sample digitizer biofeedback scan and Tens Biofeedback scan. And the time is shorter than XM. \u00a0<\/span><\/p>

The second difference is the standalone function. Only GeneratorX pro can work standalone, but for XM generator, you need to connect with computer for the whole time.<\/span><\/p>

The third difference is that the output channel. The XM only can run 1 mode at one time. But the GX pro can run 2 modes at one time, you can run killing and detoxing on one GX pro at same time.<\/span><\/p>

The last difference is that the frequency range. The frequency range of XM generator is 0-25MHz. But the frequency range of GX pro is 0-40MHz.<\/span><\/p>

Q6: Where can I buy more stickers?<\/span><\/strong><\/h4>

A: If the provided paper white stickers run out, you can use A4 paper or medical tape to place DNA sample. Or you can contact our support team for more guidance.<\/span><\/p>

Q7: If I want to run, e.g. healing \u00f7 program for 4 times in a row, where do I set it up?<\/span><\/strong><\/h4>

A: You can change the repeat value on the Program tab.<\/span><\/p>

Repeat Each Frequency: if your program contains the frequencies 123, 456, 789, entering a value of 2 will transmit 123, 123, 456, 456, 789, 789.<\/span><\/p>

Repeat Each Program(Repeat Each Set in July software): if you have one program containing 123, 456, 789, and another with 321, 654, 987, entering a value of 2 will transmit 123, 456, 789,<\/span><\/p>

Repeat Sequence(Repeat Each Program in July software): using the last example, a value of 2 would result in 123, 456, 789, 321, 654, 987, 123, 456, 789, 321, 654, 987.<\/span><\/p>

Q8: Should I be able to feel anything when the program is running?<\/span><\/strong><\/h4>

A: It depends on which transmission mode you are using? For example, remote is less sensitive than contact. Because the contact is delivery frequency through current.<\/span><\/p>

It also depends on which program you are running, low frequency with high voltage then you will have a more stronger feeling.<\/span><\/p>

Q9: How often should we run the terrain, yearly? Did I understand you could have multiple people’s DNA in the same remote for the same treatment?<\/span><\/strong><\/h4>

A: Yes, the fingernails can be put in one remote together as long as you’re going to run the same programs for them, but we recommend keeping them separate with different paper stickers. Please be kindly noted that it’s not suggested putting human’s and animals’ DNA sample in one remote. And it’s better not to put your DNA sample with people who have serious illness in the same remote.<\/span><\/p>

Regarding Terrain, some people run the protocol 2 to 3 times per year. It would depend on each person\u2019s health condition.<\/span><\/p>

Q10: Is the generator only used for remote?<\/span><\/strong><\/h4>

A: No, remote is just one of the transmission modes regarding how you apply the frequency to your body. We also have other modes as well, cold laser, PEMF, contact, etc. depending on which accessory do you have in hand.<\/span><\/p>

Q11: Is it absolutely necessary to do the Terrain Detox protocol before other treatments?<\/span><\/strong><\/h4>

A: Yes, we strongly suggest doing the Terrain Detox first before you run any frequency treatment for the very first time. <\/span>
Many people may not notice the fact that they have toxins build up in their body system. Q12: Is there a diagnostic program I can run to find out what is wrong in a person’s body eg if there are parasites and what they are?<\/span><\/strong><\/h4>

A: No, there is not. Spooky2 is not diagnostic and you can run biofeedback to see what the most frequency you need to do the treatment later.<\/span><\/p>

Q13: I’ve been using the grnx pro, however when trying to do the minerals one, it starts for a few seconds then goes to a different colour & happens all the time.<\/span><\/strong><\/h4>

A: If you are choosing the multi-vitamin and mineral preset, it will see under the System tab, the schedule time run from 1 am to 5 am.
